Take a Stitch Tuesday
I am taking a class from Sharon B and tried her Take a Stitch Tuesday Challenge for the week. It is a buttonhole herringbone stitch and I love it! Very dimensional. I have also included a photo of another seam treatment I did tonight. I mixed a DMC floss herringbone with wool thread lazy daisies and for contrast put a stitch of rayon floss inside of each lazy daisy.

what a cool new stitch...i am sad im not taking that class...looks like you are going to learn all kinds of fabulous new things! i will be watching in earnest!
You will have to take the class sometime, but the stitch wasn't from the class, it was from the Take a stitch Tuesday posts on Sharons website, www.pintangle.com , anyone can access it.
Your stitch is very nice. I like the colours and the little knot addition. Thanks for sharing.
